Coconut Mint Green Power Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • optional: 2 tsp. honey or maple syrup
  • 1 small apple, cored & cut into pieces
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp. hemp hearts
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 scoop Karen Phytoplankton

Directions:

Add all ingredients except Karen® Phytoplankton powder into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Stir in Karen® Phytoplankton powder. Enjoy!
