Soaking a productin a liquid flavoured with herbs, citrus fruits, etc. In this case we have marinated sardine loins in a mixture of Plancton Marino Veta La Palma, water and oil for 24 hours.
SARDINES MARINATED IN PLANKTON
PREPARATION TIME: 20m + 24 h
INGREDIENTS: 8 medium-sized sardines, 8g sunflower oil, 1g Plancton Marino Veta la Palma, 10g water, rock salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, grated lemon rind.
Clean the sardines, separate the loins and remove the bones. Soak in iced water to remove the blood. Cover with rock salt and sugar for 30 minutes. Remove the salt. Hydrate the plankton with the water, add the oil and grated lemon ring. Cover the sardines with the mixture and leave to marinate for 24 hours.
NOTES: It is a advisable to previously freeze any fish that is to be eaten raw.
